To buy goods from the Noise Republic website, you will need to register an online account with us as required by the form on the site and our third-party payment gateways. Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse our services to any prospective client, we also reserve the right to cancel any order placed on our site, where an administrative error may have occurred as to the correct pricing of the item.

Products and Availability
While we always endeavour to keep our stocks available, it is not always entirely up to us to guarantee availability as we rely on suppliers to make this happen. Our products may always not be readily available from suppliers. We urge all users to confirm product availability before purchase. Note that the stock of all items on offer is limited. Noise Republic will make all reasonable attempts to honour purchases arising from products on special if stock is still available. Users will be informed when products are out of stock even when the adverts may still be running on our platforms. Refunds may be made according to our returns and refunds policy.

Audible Sounds will not be liable for any interception or loss that occurs when we have taken all reasonable steps to prevent it from happening.

Delivery and Collection
All orders over R___ will be delivered free of charge to any major and main centres in Gauteng (terms and conditions apply). Any order less than R___ will attract a delivery charge unless if prior arrangements are made before purchase. For deliveries outside Gauteng and South Africa please confirm possible delivery options available. Audible Sounds is not liable for any incorrect order or delivery where you make an error in the information that you provide to us or our couriers You acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond our control such as weather conditions, industrial action and natural disasters. Audible sounds will endeavour to always deliver on time and according to our promises. We will not be liable for late deliveries of products purchased from our site. Unless we inform you otherwise before you place your order and before the final confirmation, the estimated maximum delivery time for an order in South Africa either door-to-door or door-to-post office counter is 6 working days. Deliveries take place during business hours and there are no deliveries over weekends or on public holidays unless pre-arranged.

There is insurance on the product of up to R1000, the moment the product leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible and the client recognises this and takes ownership of the fact that they have waived their right to collect in person and would rather use our courier facility. Should they want to insure the product that they have purchased, they will need to request that insurance be added at their own expense to the charges. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has cleared in Noise Republic’s bank account.

Damaged Items
Should your item arrive and is damaged, please contact us at info@noiserepublic.co.za with a photo of the product. After we have been in touch with you, you will need to return/send the products back to us, at your own expense, within 7 working days of the date of purchase. All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging. The damage should however not be because of your negligence and mishandling.

Warranty
All products, unless specified, carry the importers warranty. For details on warranty offered per product, please contact us before purchase. Warranty repairs or swaps is at the discretion of the supplier. Should a warranty be reasonably declined by the supplier, the cost of repair will be the responsibility of the client. Please note that there are no warranties for blown speaker drivers unless it is proven to be a factory fault.

Pricing Accuracy
Every reasonable effort will be made to make sure all prices and information displayed on our site are correct at the time of your purchase. If, however, the product is offered at an erroneous price, Noise Repoublic reserves the right not to supply the product at the incorrect price. Noise Republic will only be liable to return payment already made by you in the case you choose to cancel the sale once you have been made aware of the correct price
